Indianapolis IN, Evelyn Magley CEO of The Basketball League announced an expansion market has been awarded to Orlando FL, for 2023.

The new team will be called the Central Florida Force.

Team Market Owners are Sean Mills of “Pure Passion Sports”, Dr. Shalonda Hill of “Dr. Hill Educational Services” and Jacques Pittman of “Latroi Logistics”.

These 3 entrepreneurs are excited to bring a works class level of entertainment product, that positively impacts the community and provides opportunities for aspiring young men.

“Simply put, we are more than a pro basketball team, we are an organization committed to changing lives through education and opportunity. We believe the direction TBL sets of becoming a community asset is why we are taking the year to establish ourselves in our market area. During this year in preparation we will be fielding a team to travel internationally to compete and showcase our players.” – Sean Mills President Force

Orlando is centrally located in Florida and ties together many of the markets in the Southeast division.

“We are so excited to partner with this group of young business people. Their unique skill sets lend themselves to an environment of growth on and off the court. Plus Central Florida has such a rich tradition of great athletes and support.” – Evelyn Magley CEO TBL

TBL is entering its 5th season March 4th and has grown to 45 markets nationwide.
